Located in the Northern Territory, approximately 350km south of Darwin, RAAF Tindal is the primary base within the NT.  The base comprises existing accommodation which requires refurbishment, buildings F1013, F1014 and F1015 have been upgraded to replace end of life plant and equipment and ensure compliance with current building standards.  All buildings have been provided with new air conditioning systems complete with dehumidification for the outside air intake.

In line with the strict Defence Standards, Dewick & Associates have provided Mechanical Services O&M manuals detailing the chilled water system, air handling units and outside air system.  The template format includes details on the installer and suppliers, descriptions of the installation and operation, equipment systems lists, manufacturers literature and warranty information.  The mechanical manual is then inserted into the builders overall manual for a complete submission.
